Jess was an excellent agent. She guided us through what could have been a very difficult process and made it all so much easier for us. Jess was fully professional at all times, but also made us feel she was a real friend. Jess is a very warm and friendly person. She quickly understood that we were selling our family home of 50 years and downsizing into an apartment. This was a huge change for us and at times quite scary.
