Her attention to detail, market advice and communication skills are second to none but more impressive is her caring attitude to me personally while going through this process with the health difficulties I am having. Jess always answered my calls and emails and always on time, the staff at Stone were extremely helpful and understanding at all times. I first met Jess Doolan in the wake of my sister's death when she came to my sister's home to do a free market valuation. As I live in Sydney and my sister's house is/was in Canberra (with the house being unoccupied after my sister died), I was concerned about the house being empty, as I knew no one living nearby who could keep a regular eye on it. Jess very kindly offered to drop by every so often to keep an eye on it, which put my mind at ease (and which I really appreciated!). She kept in regular contact with me, always assuring me that she was there to assist in any way she could. Finally, after about 6 months, I was in a position to sell my sister's house and was more than happy to engage Jess for this task, as she had gained my confidence through her excellent communication skills and positive manner, not to mention her knowledge of the local Gungahlin market.
