Jill and Chloe were wonderful agents to deal with as we looked to downsize and relocate from a regional area to the city. From the moment we met at the open house to the handover of the keys after settlement, we felt supported. It had been over 40 years since we purchased our family home so the whole process was very unfamilar and at times emotionally overwhelming for me. Jill and Chloe were extremely knowledgeable about the apartment, area and market. They explained the offer process and then supported us in understanding what felt like a mammoth amount of strata documentation. This support and generosity with their time continued right the way through to settlement. They went above and beyond by suggesting then arranging an additional viewing during the settlement period for our daughter who would be visiting from interstate for Christmas (many thanks to the Sellers too). It was lovely to have both of the dynamic mother-daughter team with us as we unlocked the door of OUR apartment for the first time! Thank you Jill and Chloe.
