I am very happy with the sale of this property because the price was more than what I expected and it was sold within a reasonable short period during a difficult market.It was an old property and Jim had provided good recommendations to improve the condition of the property Both buyer and seller were happy with the result.

This property was also on the market during difficult times.Although this property took a shorter period to sell than the one in Robert Street but it did not take less afford on the part of Jim to manage the sale. The sale price was less than what I paid for but I am satisfied because the longer it took to dispose of the property the more I would lose.

The property was on the market during difficult times. Many people ( not less than twenty ) went through the property but no offer was made, except one which was withdrawn finally. How frustrating.
