At the begining of the purchasing journey, I did not intionally look for this particular property and the agent. However it was a coincident that we found the property within the inspection time but at the end of it. Fortunately, Joan was preparing to leave but after she saw me coming, she opened the door again and let me enter the house and look. I appreciate her actions which made the purchase successful.
