She didn't exaggerate the value to get us to sign, or put pressure on us, she was very pleasant to deal with. When asked, she recommended a property stylist, removalist and various tradespeople and these were all very competent and responsive to our needs and time constraints. Joan and her team bought the property to the attention of a wide range of potential buyers and conducted many personal viewings in addition to the regular open houses, with over 70 groups through. The auctioneer, Dexter, ran the auction very well, we couldn't have had a better auction. As a result, the auction was well attended with several active bidders on the day and we sold at a good price that reflected the quality of the home and its many features. We would definitely recommend Joan.
