Joel Bethell is a fantastic real estate agent! We were extremely happy with his professionalism and experience, and his easy-going personality made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Joel kept us well informed and gave us great advice to get the sale we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our experience in selling our home with Joel and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trusting and reliable real estate agent.
Very pleased with the final selling price, given the current state of the market. Joel is easy to deal with and has an excellent communication style, happy to recommend.
Joel is very organised and easy to talk with person. He provides excellent service and a good understanding of our requirements. Our villa was sold with results beyond expectations in a changing market. Joel will be highly recommended. Thanks Joel.
Joel Bethell and the team did a fantastic job. Very professional and communicated every step of the way, often out of hours. He showed great negotiation skills with the potential buyers and in record time achieved a price higher than we expected. We highly recommend Hill & Viteri.
We were extremely happy with the service Joel and Sabastian, and the team, provided us on the sale of our property. From our initial meeting with Joel and Sebastian we had confidence they had our best interest at heart and throughout our marketing campaign they always exceeded our expectations with their communication and service to us. The first Wednesday our property featured in the Domain magazine, Joel knocked on our door at 6.30 at night to hand deliver a copy to us - we knew then the personal service we were getting. Joel and Sebastian were always extremely accommodating scheduling meeting times and many phone calls after hours which was much appreciated. Joel and Sebastian both helped make quite a stressful time easier! We would highly recommend Joel and Sebastian to anyone thinking about selling a property.
Since our first meeting with Joel, he was always open and honest which is why we went with him. Joel's honest sales approach is not just to the buyer but the seller as well, which you rarely see in sales, also he is backed by a professional team at Century 21 that are always friendly and on top of any situation.. I would 100% recommend Joel..
Joel has been nothing but a great support for us throughout the buying process. We purchased a property listed by Century21 Hill and Vitteri, and were very impressed by the time and effort these folks put in for their clients. From answering multiple small queries, organizing out of hours inspection to helping us settle in the new neighborhood - Joel and his team have got it perfect. I will highly recommend their service to anyone buying or selling in the Shire region. Thanks Joel and Sebastian...
He did an amazing job allways ready to take a call even after hours and an all round nice guy
I recently processed my first property purchase and Joel was always available to assist in any way he could. His input definitely helped throughout the process.
Joel was always available for discussions and questions. He always wanted to ensure that we knew what was happening during the buying process. Very informative and made our buying less stressful. Thank you!
