This whole process was very smooth dealing with Joel as the selling agent. I work weekends so it was hard to get into see prospective properties on open days. I saw this property on a Thursday afternoon and contacted Joel who took me around the property that night around 5.45pm. Just wonderful service. I had looked at a few properties over the the weeks and some companies even 3 or 4 days out were not willing to show a property out of hours even thought I explained that I was working on a weekend. He really showed me around the property pointing out features and ideas offering relevant information for me based on our discussion.
