As this property was a holiday house, we were not always available to keep the house and gardens presenting at their best. We were impressed with Joel's efforts at tidying up prior to inspections. Unfortunately the market values generally dropped generally in the Oak Beach area and so we accepted a reduced sale price from what we were originally asking.

I was very happy with the relational sude of things as well as the communication. All good. To be honest, the commission was on the high side considering it was a relatively easy sell and given resort units. I did google QLD commission rates and the going rate is around 2.5% and 3% max. A bit disappointing. I probably was too trusting. Anyway, apart from that The process was reasonably smooth. Thanks. Geoff
