Joel was very genuine, down to earth and had great people skills. He was easy to deal with, never changed his story and was always on the front foot as far as communication goes. Being a developer I have many many dealings with real estate agents and don't generally like too many of them at all. I would definitely use Joel again, though we were a long distant client, we caught up when we were in town and in a short time I believe we had developed a good relationship. Unfortunately for us Joel is a professional agent and did not give to much away. Where as other agents sold the vendor short by telling us what their vendors would take, this resulted in us paying a little more than I wanted. Well done Joel
