As I discussed with Joel in our initial meeting- Service is my MAIN driver. I expect a high level of service and I expect clear, concise and professional commuinication at all times. Joel surpassed all our expectations and, as I said to him, renewed (somewhat) my faith in Real Estate agents. He was at all times professional, affable and strong-willed where required. He clearly communicated with me and ensured that we were abreast of every situation as it arose.
