We could not have asked for a better agent to deal with than John Lennard. He was always willing to help us out as purchasers, often after hours. He supported us though the purchase of a property under unusual and difficult circumstances. We achieved a great outcome and it wouldn't have happened without John's assistance. We highly recommend John for anyone buying or selling property who is looking for highly knowledgeable and ethical agent with a heart of gold.
What you see is what you get with John. Straight, upfront and honest . It makes the process so much easier when all parties know what is expected. With son Johnnie they make a great team. I highly recommend John and would use him myself for any future real estate transactions.
Thank you John for your amazing work selling our house. You brought us and the buyer together to an amicable agreement using your brilliant expertise and extensive experience. We will certainly be back for any future real estate needs.
John Lennard was a pleasure to deal with. A true professional in his field, there was no stress by us whatsoever, he took control and the sale was prompt and efficient. We would recommend John to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.
I was very happy with the prompt attention to my purchase enquiry bringing it to a mutually satisfactory end.
I had a fantastic experience with John, I've sold and bought several properties both myself and via multiple agents in Australia and overseas but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a good agent John is your guy. I could not praise him more. 5+/5 stars!
Professional, personable, and always available for buyers and clients. John is a specialist realtor who works hard, knows his business, and keeps you informed every step of the way. He has (on many occasions) gone the extra mile to solve problems, especially when a hot water cylinder flooded my apartment! Thank you for your expertise, and for being such a lovely, genuine person.
A great father and son combination who were both very professional. They were in constant communication with us through the buying process and were willing to help in anyway we needed. Will recommend to our friends and family when buying or selling their house.
Both John and his son Johnnie were great to work with on the purchase of our house. They were friendly, easy and quick communicators, and went out of their way to accomodate us. I would recommend them without hesitation.
John and his team were, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Sold my home in record time!! Thank you for making the whole process an easy one for me.
John is an exceptional agent! He exceeded all my expectations and my expectations were high and demands many. John is hands down one of the best in the business. His market knowledge is incomparable and second to none; he is incredibly hardworking, and extremely experienced and knowledgeable; and he doesn't play games. To top it off, he is one of the most personable, down-to-earth, emotionally intelligent, positive and patient human beings you'll meet. On a final note, his availability 24/7 to consult, seek advice from, and check in with on everything that comes along with buying and selling property (especially the place you call home) is something I am incredibly grateful for. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!
