I had a very tight deadline and needed a property sold before 30th June. I needed an outstanding agent who gets results and the man for the job in Redbank Plains is John Schlamm. His knowledge and understanding of the market is excellent and he is spot on. This is the second property he has sold for me and sadly there are no more. John is genuine and easy to deal with and I highly recommend the experience.
We were Interstate sellers, selling our first property. John was extremly helpful walked us through the whole process. He kept us well informed of the situation as we were not in location. Open Inspection were organised. Excellent communication!! You get what you pay for. We sold within a week of advertising. Highly recommended as an agent!
John kept us informed weekly about Inspections and feedback as well as comparable prices for similar properties being offered and sold in the surrounding area. John gave us easy to understand feedback and we felt very comfortable with every aspect throughout the process. We were given information and his ideas and very informed but never pressured to take any advice, so decisions we made were ones we felt suited us. John was helpful and supportive of those decisions.
As an interstate investor it is so important to find a Quality agent. Well I found him John Sclamm of Ray White Goodna has been outstanding. He appraised my inv.property, recommended a few inexpensive improvements to make it more appealing, arranged for his team to quote and repairs were done immediately. He sent before and after photos and kept me in the loop through out the whole sale process with regular friendly calls or texts. I had a tight deadline which he met with a price that made me smile. So impressed with Johns professionalism that I got him to sell a second investment property. He understands what investors need and how to deliver it. Great work
I had a rental property to sell in Redbank Plains and not knowing the area or the Real Estate Agents I carried out a search on local agent finder and of all the agents listed John was the only one who contacted me. I didn't immediately go with John and signed with another supposed "Real Estate Agency" who after 6 months had only shown 2 people through my property and gave me very little feedback. Needless to say I was not happy with them and decided to change agents. I contacted John and we set up a time for him to come to my home to discuss the property. I live in Brisbane but this didn't deter him from setting up an appointment. I signed a contract with John and within 1 month my property was sold. I was kept up to date with what was happening with the property and sent weekly marketing reports via emails and phone calls. As my property was bought by an interstate buyer, John also organised the tenancy agreement with my tenant. I found John to be extremely professional and knowledgeable within his area, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property.

John found a buyer for our Ipswich property within two (2) weeks of going to market. He kept us informed of every event along the way, from negotiating with the tenant/property agent, to discussions with prospective buyers.
