I recently purchased a property through John, and the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. I am a first home buyer, and was a little unsure of what happened after the open home/if I wanted to make an offer on something. I saw a few properties that didn't tickle my fancy, and then I went to an open home for a property I fell in love with straight away with John as the listing agent and asked him what the next steps were as I was new to the whole thing. He said he was happy to head back to his office & talk me through to contract (even if I didn't want to make an offer on the property) so I had an idea of what the process was for when I was ready to make an offer and sign a contract for real. I did go back to his office, I did make an offer on the property, and within half an hour of leaving his office he had called me back to say the offer had been accepted by the buyer. I am now awaiting settlement on said property, and John has kept me in the loop every step of the way. He re-arranged his day to be there for the building and pest inspection, and again so I could put the 'sold' sign up as he knew it was a big deal for me being my first house. John isn't just doing a job, he is doing something he loves and that is evident through his commitment to his clients. I could not have asked for a better agent to purchase my first home through. We needed to sell the house to buy our next home, and this was the first time that we had sold, but John explained everything clearly and got straight to work. We had lots of people come through the open homes and got an offer we were pleased with. There were a couple of delays, but that was due to the banks however we were told all the time what was happening so it wasn't a major problem. All in all very happy.

John is one great Real Estate Agent. He is very humble, has a lot of patience, very prompt and very easy to liaise with. From all the dealings we had at the time of negotiating / purchasing, never for once we felt pressured. John was very calm and easy going with the whole process. I liked the fact that if I emailed him, he would email back and if I send him a text message, he would reply to the text message. He wouldn’t call for every little thing (unlike some agents) and I never for once had to repeatedly follow-up with John for an answer.
