John schlamm did a great job at selling my houseon 58 Reinhardt st / redbank plains . It wasn't on the market long with John he had a lot of people go thru in the first couple of weeks and I had a great result . Good with communication / and negotiation skills. John didn't promise the earth like some other agents, but did promise to doing his best to get us a sale price we were happy with. What he delivered surprised us, we sold within 5 days at a price we were very happy, had several people viewing the house prior to through first open house, as well as several through at the open house. John worked hard to get people through. We also found he was very personable with great communication, which worked well not just for us but through buyer too I imagine.
