Previous internet reviews led us to contact John. From the initial phone call, followed up by a visit to his office at Pyrmont we knew we had met a person of integrity, very easy to communicate with and someone who listened to our preferred selling position. His team, including his personal assistant Verity, delivered an excellent outcome with a buyer secured within a week of the property going to market. The selling process was seamless and positive in every way. We cannot recommend John and his team highly enough. We are grateful to those people who had previously written reviews. Sold my unit in Pyrmont for much more than we expected. This was also surprising as it was heading in towards the slow period of Christmas Holidays. John would contact me multiple times a week keeping me up to date with current market strength, numbers of parties attending ours and other open houses and more importantly parties that were seriously interested in our unit how many times they would visit as this would help in gauging what level of negotiation could take place with potential buyers. I believe his knowledge of the area gave me confidence that the price we were aiming for in our initial meeting was realistic and achievable and to come out with much more was a fantastic Christmas present. As this was to be the first property I would sell (but having met many Real Estate Agents while buying properties), I researched and interviewed several agents in the Sydney CBD and Ultimo/Pyrmont areas. John's fantastic sales record and his "everything is negotiable" attitude made him my first choice.
