Team Merchan made our selling experience so easy and totally stress free. They have contact with amazing trades people needed to do the variety work which made preparing the property for sale a breeze. Heidi looked after the house as if it was her own, and did all the little things, from vacuuming the new carpets to changing a blown light globe for us. We are interstate, so knowing we could count on them to do a great presentation was comforting.

Contract was sent early with no phone call and after sale service wasn't good. Buyers can be clients too but once we signed that contract, there wasnt a lot of follow up.
