Over the years Juan has helped me with valuations and rental appraisals for our financing and nothing was too difficult. When we chose to sell our property there was no shopping round for an agent. I called Juan and had a quick discussion and listed with him. We had low offers which Juan didn’t encourage to take, he was very patient and waited our time until the right buyer came along and we achieved the right price. Juan provides ongoing feedback and updates and was never unavailable for a quick chat. Can’t recommend highly enough. You'd think that selling the biggest single asset you own would be both a difficult decision to make and a stressful process. Juan, Josh and the team that surrounds these two made it easy.
