We decide to engage Judy Myer's & Rod Trengrove to sell our property at West Beach as we had decided to down size. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of reseach to see who would be the best choice based on knowledge of the West Beach market and surrounding suburbs, there listing of property sold, there reputation and how they promote their listings . They were a stand out on all the above items. We spoke with Rod & Judy who spent hours answering the many questions that we had, they provided objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long there listing typically stay on market . We Decided to put our house on the market for Auction.They gave us a detailed auction program which made the process incredibly simple , from professional photographs taken of our property for the brochures and the Open inspection program they had put in place. They also did the over and above that you do not find all real estate agent's do , Judy would come earlier to every inspection to have there signature candles lit up for the inspections and after every inspection we would receieve a detailed account of every person/couple or family who visted our house. When we saw our listing and the brochures that they had developed it gave us the confidence that we had picked the right people to sell our property, their passion knowledge love and care that they put into our proerty was recognized in the outcome of the end result. I realise it wont always be easy to sell your home , but i think you would be hard pressed to find better real estate agents.

We had a very positive experience buying through Judy, Bianca and Rod. They were all extremely friendly and accomodating where needed. They each came across and very ethical and caring (which can not be said for a number of other agents we came across in the process of looking) and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for buying or selling a property in the future.
