After engaging multiple real estate agents (franchised and independents) for a property appraisal, we still weren’t 100% set on someone that would best represent our needs. On a whim, we popped into the Harcourts Plus office in Hallett Cove Pavillion and we are incredibly happy we did. From a quick drop into the office, everything fell into place. Karen called the same day (about an hour of us popping into the office) to make a time for appraisal a few days later at a time that best suited us. At the appraisal, Karen noticed and was excited by each aspect in our newly renovated home that we had worked so hard to create, and it was from there we knew she was the real estate agent for us. Karen talked us through each approach of selling our property, and was extremely prompt in sending this all through in an email so we had time to look over it. At no point did Karen pressure us (alike what other realestate agents we didn’t go with did), in fact she was exact opposite. She was confident that she could sell our home at the time that felt right to us. Once we formally engaged Karen to sell our house off-market, it was 13 days until a contract of sale was signed, for a price that beat our expectations. Why I would choose Karen again: flexibility, communication (speedy responses to emails/texts, and talking us through every step of the process in real time), did not pressure us, off-market reach, her confidence in selling our home & succeeding beyond our expectations!
