There are only a few things that a seller needs from a realtor: reliability, effective communication, proficiency and great negotiation skills. My husband and I feel like Karen nailed all of these things for us when she worked to sell our home. Karen listened to us from the very beginning, providing a personal service that went above and beyond until the sale was finalised. As we were interstate sellers, we relied heavily on her and we were never felt to feel like a bother.
