Both Karen and Ian impressed us from the first time we met them. It was apparent that they thoroughly knew the local and regional real estate market and inspired confidence without pushing unrealistic expectations. They listened to our concerns and needs and acted on them. Unlike with other agents, we never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. We were especially pleased that they were happy for us to present our property to market without the hassles of staging.
