I found Karen to be down to earth and easy to get on with. There was no fuss, she did what she said she would do with our dealings with her being straight forward and simple.

When we first saw the property online (after being only online for 1hr) we rang Karen to request a private inspection since we weren’t able to attend the open home scheduled for the weekend.
