Have nothing bad to say about my experience with LJ Hooker Cleveland, made the process easy and straight forward and they have been very accommodating. As a young first home buyer, I was overwhelmed to begin with and didn’t have much knowledge of the overall purchasing process but they answered all questions and helped out to ensure I was happy with what was taking place!

It’s taken me a long time to write this review as it’s been playing on my mind. We saw Karen once, then our property was left with her staff, she did not attend the open homes. Lots of marketing mistakes such as advertising that our house was 10 years older than it actually was. We were promised all these things and then they were forgotten about. We were pressured to sell below what we believed it was worth to make a quick sale even though we were in no rush to sell and had very high interest in the property. Communication was terrible at times and not understanding whatsoever. We strongly felt they were working for the buyers rather than for us as the sellers and I will never forgive what happened.
Thanks to Karen and Ian Shortell. Ian and the team were extremely helpful and professional during the sale of my mum’s home during the difficult period of lockdowns etc. They continually went above and beyond and it has been a pleasure working with them. Best Regards Glenn
