I never met Karen and I only spoke to her once because I e-mailed her asking if she was still selling my home due to not hearing from her for weeks after assigning her. My sale was given to her colleague to take care of, despite me picking Karen for a reason, and this was never explained to me. I signed the contract under the provision that if I sold with LJ Hooker, I wouldn't pay for marketing. Then marketing was charged and taken from my deposit. I tried following this up with Karen but she wasn't available, another colleague rectified this for me. So overall, very disappointed and would not choose to sell with her again.
