Thanks to Karen and the team and in particular Ian Shortell for being so professional and helpful with the sale of our property. They had excellent local knowledge, provided great feedback from potential buyers and were able to achieve a sales price we were happy with. I’d definitely consider Karen and the team for any future property sales in the area.
The whole team seemed to work together to not only get us the house we wanted but to keep the buyer, seller and everyone happy.
We will not sell with anyone else! Karen listed our home and had it sold in a couple of days. Highly recommended and the ONLY agent we will ever use.
Karen has a warmth about her that ensures you feel supported over every step of the progress. She explains everything and what to expect. She is honest and holds integrity. Thank you Karen!
Karen Renouf is the most professional Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. I can only recommend her as not only the most ethical agent as well as a person who really cares about the whole process. If I have any further real estate agents Karen would be the first person I would contact.
As first home buyers she was great with advice and had heaps of knowledge in the industry.
Karen has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She made the process as painless as possible.
Professional, experienced and friendly. Thank you for making our first home buying experience enjoyable.
When met Karen for an appraisal we were very impressed with her knowledge of the market, her professionalism & the way she connected with us, understanding our situation. We felt very much at ease dealing with her & the whole team at LJ Hooker. We listed with Karen & after 5 days our house was sold at a price we were very happy with. Thankyou Karen.
I found Karen, Mal and Sue fantastic to deal with. They were very professional in all my dealings and I couldn't be happier with the way the whole sale process worked out.
Karen is a great Realestate Agent with a lot of experience and knowledge in buying and selling property.
