Karen is an excellent agent. Very knowledgeable of the market. This knowledge gives you confidence when deciding whether to sell or not as well what a realistic price should be set. Karen communicates very well and kept us up to date through the whole process. Very happy with the outcome.
Karen and her team worked very hard to sell the property under difficult circumstances. She clearly communicated the steps along the way, so from the bottom of my heart I thank all of them for their help and tireless work to make it happen. Well done! Highly recommend Karen and her team.
Tony Webber recently sold our property for us and his service and professionalism was exceptional. He worked hard over the Christmas period to get the property on the market quickly, and he managed and looked after the property while we were away overseas. His advice on the current sales market was outstanding and he kept us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Tony to anyone wanting a stress-free sale!
She went above and beyond to ensure my sons and I could get our dream family home. It was a complicated purchase but it felt far less so because of the consistent communication and dedication to customer service. Beyond grateful for the support.
From day one, Karen arrived at my house right on time , even had a coffe, I told her I my situation on relocating and how’d u think of of selling my house in a very short timeline! Well she got things going for me n fairly rapid , I was impressed within a few days she had a buyer for me. Thanks Karen you did what you said you would do. Thanks.
The team made what can often be a stressful process much more manageable. I felt confident and supported throughout, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me with my real estate needs.
Karen and her team can be summed up in a few key points. Exceptionally good communicators from day one on site, and proactive throughout our sale process. Very professional and friendly, giving clear direction and honest advice to move forward, always given in a kind manner and it worked, when applied. Her small team works very well together and they get results. We would highly recommend Karen and her Team, as she came highly recommended to us.
