I had first dealings with Karen when she inspected the unit last August when she gave an assessment of possible sales price. It took quite some time to organise through our solicitor the 4 joint owners together eventually signed all documents. The for sale sign went up on the Wednesday with her expertise the property was sold 3 days later at about $1000 over the estimated price months earlier. An excellent job Karen.
