Karen helped us to get our dream home. Karen was not there during the initial inspection, however she very promptly made contact to provide us with all the details we needed to make an offer and negotiate. Prompt and responsive communication that supported the process which ended with a very happy family. Highly recommend Karen and Josh
Karen was very honest and easy to deal with. Always open and receptive to what we hoped to achieve and gave great advice and support through a lengthy process. Despite some tough times and setbacks she kept hanging in there to get a sale for us. Thank you again for your hard work, expertise and perseverence. You’re a rock star!
From the get go Karen was a delight to work with on this sale. She was totally professional, honest and consistent throughout the process. Her market knowledge and advice valuing the property and constructing a sales campaign to achieve success was very impressive. Her communication throughout the campaign was frequent, detailed and positive providing meaningful analysis as we needed to adjust to the market and buyer feedback. She was supported by an excellent office team that sent regular summary reports of sales enquiries and inspection schedules. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and outcome from the campaign. We highly recommend Karen to any vendor in this market as a trusted and highly experienced professional who achieves excellent results
wonderful personality very good job well done easy to work with and gave good advice when needed
I found Karen to be both professional and caring. Being a secondary party to the Vendor (oldest child) I was kept informed after making initial contact and always felt Karen cared about the result something I always try to do in my own job.
I had been looking for a unit in the Batemans Bay area with several 'wanted' features, one of which was being within walking distance to the shops. After looking at several properties I decided to drive around to another that had been listed to get a feel for the location, even though it didn't match all my "wish list" items. What a surprise, when I stopped outside the property, to be met by two people who said "Hello XYZ" to me, apparently thinking I was someone else. It turned out to be Karen and one of her colleagues waiting for another client who had not appeared at the set meeting time, coincidentally the very time I arrived. Karen listened to me explaining what I wanted and said that, although it wasn't near the main Batemans Bay shops, she had another unit on her books which was near another shopping centre and would tick my "wishlist" boxes. Karen proved to be entirely right and I negotiated the purchase of the unit she suggested to me. At all times she was very friendly, helpful and professional in our dealings.
We have engaged Karen firstly to purchase Secondly to sell. Both times have been quick, painless and very professional I would recommend Karen to any seller or purchaser. Her knowledge of the Bay Area is extensive and above all honest
Karen was extremely easy to deal with during the purchase of our holiday cabin at Batehaven. I would have no hesitation on recommending her to anyone wanting to buy property in the area.
Very good Karen knew her subject matter and was quite helpful with information and updates regarding interested people in the sale of our cabin.
Karen initially assisted us with a purchase in Surf Beach. Based on the quality of her advice and her friendly manner we had no hesitation in enlisting Karen's services to sell our Batehaven property. We were always provided with regular communication as well as great advice re pricing and marketing strategy. It's very obvious that Karen knows the local market impeccably and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting a genuine, down to earth and reliable sales agent.
Such a professional and respectful experience with Karen in our recent purchase! Thank you sincerely!
Karen was the selling agent when we bought the property, we were very happy with how the sale and negotiation went with the purchase, so there was no hesitation using Karen to sell the property. Karen has great knowledge of the Bay area. Nothing is too much trouble, will answer any question in a timely manner. We were keep in the loop through out the whole selling process, with email updated on website action and enquiries. Within 2 weeks of the property being on the market, we had a few offers and we accepted the last offer. We wouldn't hesitate using Karen and the team at LJ Hooker Batemans Bay again.
