We had an unforgettable experience purchasing our coastal property, and much of that is thanks to Karen. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with her - she’s incredibly experienced, highly responsive, and an outstanding negotiator. Karen went above and beyond to help us achieve everything we hoped for, making the entire process smooth and rewarding. We couldn’t be happier and truly appreciate her dedication and support.
Karen had great market knowledge and was very clear with all communication about the sale of my property. The whole experience has been conducted in a precise and professional manner.
We got in touch with Karen as we weren't happy with the amount quoted through our previous dealings. Karen insisted we could aim much higher than even we expected and we were a little dubious that she could achieve that figure. We decided to trust her and the process and we were not disappointed. Not only did Karen achieve the figure she claimed she did it all with a calm level head showing how professional and skilled she is as an agent. If you are looking for an agent that can achieve amazing results then look no further than Karen!
Thanks to Karen’s hard work and local knowledge we were able to sell our unit within a couple of months. We pretty much got our asking price and now just waiting on settlement.
Karen was awesome taking us through the property virtually taking time out of her day so we didn't have to make a 4 hour drive. She also guided us to completion with no fuss. Couldn't recommend her more, she made the process very easy and we got a great property.
As a buyer, I found Karen to be very pleasant, professional and straight forward to deal with when presenting the house in Catalina for inspection. She was especially helpful and efficient in liaising with the seller both before and after purchase of the house. Karen, with her calm demeanor and professional knowledge gained through many years experience as a real estate agent, makes her a great asset to LJ Hooker and I would strongly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling in the area.
Marketing knowledge was accurate. Marketing and content creative excellent. Staff on the ball and accurate. Would recommend 100%
I had first dealings with Karen when she inspected the unit last August when she gave an assessment of possible sales price. It took quite some time to organise through our solicitor the 4 joint owners together eventually signed all documents. The for sale sign went up on the Wednesday with her expertise the property was sold 3 days later at about $1000 over the estimated price months earlier. An excellent job Karen.
Karen was great to deal with, and always made herself available, even on occasion outside of hours.
Karen was excellent throughout the entire process of purchasing my unit. She was professional and helpful. What stood out was even after the sale Karen continued to support me by promptly answering my questions.
Good communicator felt like I was talking to a friend. Great dealing with her
