We had been trying to sell our land for over 12 months then we decide to change agents. We went to Karl and we had offers within a month. This was awesome!!! Unfortunately 4 of those offers fell through due to the purchasers finance falling through. My only negative is to make sure the purchases bank approvals are solid before signing contracts etc.
Karl and his team were just great. Karl and Damien, in particular, were absolute Gentlemen, throughout. Nothing seemed to be a problem, calls were returned pronto. We also very much appreciated the help he gave us with the owner who allowed us to put our belongings into a room in her house until settlement.
