We chose Karl Latham of Elite Real Estate to sell our deceased son's property because of our son's high regard and esteem for Karl's sales performance in Mooroobool. We found Karl's pre-sale counsel and advice to be first class, as expected. We worked hard to present the property in its best light and it is fair to say, given the circumstances of an impromptu inspection, it sold itself. What followed the offer of purchase and our acceptance of it we found to be somewhat bewildering. We expected Karl and, through him his company, to expedite/negotiate/manage the transaction but to our surprise and consternation (at times) we found the conveyancer seemed to be taking the lead. This was at odds with our past experience with selling our properties here and interstate. Having said that, BJC were totally professional and communicative, though at times we felt they were acting as much for the buyers than us as sellers. At the end of the day, despite some hurdles, settlement was achieved and everyone was happy! Karl Latham and his team exude professionalism and work hard to achieve a successful result. We also acknowledge the support and assistance provided to us by Harriet Donnelly and her colleagues - greatly appreciated.
Karl, was very helpful in assisting my family purchase a property. As well as talking through the steps involved, being first time home buyers, Karl recommended a broker who handled all of financial side of the transaction. When he was not available Karl had someone to assist in with any matters.

Andrew did the signing of contract and all the follow up as well, and was excellent with his communication to me, and made me feel very confident along the way when I was feeling a little concerned over the building report.
