Karl from the go get took a good look at the sale of land I owned and advised me on what was required being clearing the land, getting some good photos of the property to highlight it's city views and most importantly a good price to ask for the sale and also the expected price range. The land was sold within two weeks at slight discount which is really amazing, more so when other agents in the past were not either able or interested to sell it at a lower price.
