I am leaving this review for transparency. Prior to auction, my letter of offer was sent to the vendor through Keegan and Tommy Ajaka via email 10 days prior auction date of the property. I did not get a reply from either during those 10 days of the vendor's response to my offer. On auction day, the vendor bid was the opening bid and it was the value I indicated in my letter of offer (which I iterate again, I did not receive any contact from the agents that it was rejected by the vendor). During settlement, there were no issues and I received good service. I hope by leaving this review that future potential buyers for any type of property will be treated with adequate communication by agents at Belle Property Ashfield.
