We purchased our home from Kris 10 years ago, and did not hesitate in seeking him out a month ago to sell the house for us. I have used Kris for selling 2 properties now and I can not rate him highly enough. We live quite a distance away from the property we were selling and encountered numerous issues whilst selling. Kris explained simply and clearly each issue and addressed everything for us personally. He even vacuumed the floor prior to settlement after we completed some repairs required for settlement!
