As a buyer's agent I deal with many agents. Some I'd consider below average (and is actually one if the reasons I buy from them). Lance does not fit that category. He is a great communicator, knows what he is a talking about, and I believe always has his client's best interests at heart, regardless of how hard I try to squeeze every last penny out of the deal.

We would highly recommend Lance Russell to anyone thinking of listing their home. Lance didn't pressure us with any aspect of the sale but explained all of our options and suggested ways of marketing our home for the current market and the type of purchaser likely to buy our property. We originally chose Lance after visiting him at another property and saw the efforts that he went to inform the buyer about the property and assist in understanding what they were looking for in a property. Lance also throughout the campaign was persistent in his approach, ensuring the property was being marketed and followed up with all potential buyers after the inspection, leaving no stone unturned. Lance's commitment to us and the sale was something we valued and we hadn't experienced in other real estate agents over the years. We had constant communication and feedback from Lance and at all times were informed of how our sale was going. His negotiating skills also allowed us to secure a contract at a higher value than the purchasers initially were willing to offer but he was able to achieve the result we were happy with. What can be said for Lance that hasn't already been said? It's difficult to find words for someone that is as hard working and successful as Lance is. We last used Lance to sell our home in 2007 and to then purchase an investment in early 2008. Nearly 7 tears later in December 2014 there was no choice, we had to use lance again, he was that good. Lance's service really has stood the test of time. He has stayed in touch every year and has never felt rejected when we weren't in the market. Lance can sell!
