When we first met with Lance, he was punctual, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and in particular our area. Lance explained his process and openly communicated with us and was sceptical we would get the price we wanted for our house (which a real estate never expresses) his honest approach and constant communication during a process which can be exhausting and emotional for home sellers was made so simple and easy with Lance. We spoke every day with Lance and after our first open home we had offers that night. It wasn't at the price we wanted yet but Lance worked so hard for us, as the sellers to get the price we wanted and our home was under contract in less than a week of being on the market.
