I first made contact with Larisa in August 2015 to discuss the view to sell our investment property. Larisa responded to our request promptly and within two days Larisa had inspected our property and provided a comprehensive market appraisal. The contract and house photos were done and posted within a couple of weeks of our first contact. We live in Perth and our only visit to the property was on one occasion, to do some general maintenance to the property. Most of our communication with Larisa was via email or on the phone. Larisa was extremely easy to communicate with and stayed in contact with us throughout the selling period. We were aware that it was a quiet time to sell, particularly in the South West. The property was advertised in local papers. The property was on quarter pages for a few weeks then reduced down to smaller ads. Between September and October Larisa viewed the property to potential buyers and then as the market quietened, Larisa recommended some minor works to the property and also recommended someone to do these minor works at an extremely reasonable price. This was very helpful as we did not have the contacts in the SouthWest and the quotes we were receiving were very expensive. During November and December interest was very quiet and Larisa continued to stay in contact and offer other options of selling the property. We chose to reduce the price of the property however only minimal. Between December and January the market was again very quiet however Larisa continued to do home opens and show the property to potential buyers. On 28 January 2016 we agreed with Larisa's recommendation of an Express Sale and by 4 February 2016, we had two offers. The first offer was accepted. We were very happy with the selling price and the property settled on 11 March 2016. Overall we were impressed with the service and support provided by Larisa, particularly during a quite market.
