My husband and I were extremely happy with the service that Lauchlan and Belle Property provided us with. Lauchlan managed our price expectations based on his research and observations of the current market. Lauchlan demonstrated his exceptional negotiation skills when finalising our sale. We would certainly recommend Lauchlan to anyone selling a property in the Stonnington Council.
Lauchlan made the sales process extremely easy for us. He took care of it end to end and even helped arrrange for the styling furniture to be removed post sale! It was a tough market to sell and he was patient, persistent and helped us achieve the outcome we needed. Thanks Lauchlan for your help!
Great experience with Lachlan. He was polite and very helpful
Lauchlan and team managed to secure a sale before auction, and we were extremely pleased with the result. Communication was first class , staff totally professional, and Lauchlan's advice and guidance was really thought out and much appreciated. Debra & John.
As first-time buyers we were extremely happy with the quick communication and style Lauchlan bought to our buying process. He was professional, friendly and talked us through all the details of the process.
We had a great experience selling our house with Lauchlan. He was genuine & friendly. He demonstrated excellent communication skills & a fantastic knowledge of the market. Lauchlan went above & beyond to put our house in the best position. Lauchlan is an outstanding real estate agent. We would highly recommend him!
Lauchlan Waterfield was very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with him. His excellent service in answering my questions and concerns about the property as a buyer went a long way towards us deciding to work with Belle Property in the leasing and managing of the property for us. I had communicated our interest with Alex on our first inspection, with some questions regarding the interest of the vendors to settle ahead of auction. It seems that this conversation was not transmitted to Lauchlan (and perhaps not the vendors) and it was only in a follow up phone call from Lauchlan a few days later that we told him of our interest and things moved forward from then. The contract was ready initially and that took close to a week to become available.
Lauchlan was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable!
Lauchlan was knowledgeable, honest and supportive in the purchase of our Wattletree Road property. He made himself available for inspections outside of those listed, which was very much appreciated.
It was an absolute pleasure to discover Lauchlan and engage with him to handle the sale of our unit. From our first meeting we felt at ease with his polite, professional manner in answering our questions and concerns. After our initial meeting, we received his estimate and sales program, we were left to decide our course of action, without interference or pressure to sign up. Then having made our decision to proceed, he quickly brought his team into action, which included updating and styling our unit prior to offering it for sale. Lauchlan kept us informed during the sale process and his negotiations with prospective buyers. We are pleased with the result and highly recommend his services to others.
