I received a report of what the decor team envisaged, invoiced and paid on the same day and set up took place that week. Open for inspections were held that following morning ,and reporting on number of contacts, follow ups and questions that clients raised, was done quickly and emailed efficiently. All the background checks on the property were checked and notification of additional contract clauses required by the potential purchaser were sent to my solicitors. Contracts signed off now. Settlement due any day. A cohesive and hard working team at Belle Property made this process easy.
