Lauchlan made a real effort to keep in touch, and also made every effort to meet our needs, and to tailor the offerings to get the best from that and what his wide knowledge felt best. He was willing to discuss all areas and compromise where necessary, and always kept us in the loop. He went above and beyond, and respected our interest and views, and we were delighted with his service and the outcome. Even during the VIC Covid-19 he was contacting me with updates, or even just to check in, and was happy to communicate and be very responsive through any medium - phone, text and email. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend him to other vendors. Thanks Lauchlan.

Lachlan was always professional And had great communication skills, he allowed us to have a stress free transaction when purchasing our first home. He was on time, courteous and friendly

When I met Lauchlan first as a buyer I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and the market in general. His helpful, matter of fact style, stood out from the other agents I had encountered that day who had been either been disinterested or verging on aggressive. Over the years he stayed in touch, updating me as other apartments in the block sold. Covid-19 for me meant being stood down without pay from my job in travel, then the tenant advised they would be breaking lease 11 months early, and the bank would not refinance. So the time had come to sell the property as quickly as possible. Lauchlan looked after the logistics of getting the property staged, photographed and on the market while I remained interstate. From the date the tenants moved out to the date final settlement took place was an incredible 10 weeks. His initial rough guide sell price given in early April, without having seen the property in 7 years, was within 5% of the actual sale price. Remarkable given the estimate from the agency which was managing the property at the time was off by almost 20%. He is reliable, has great communication skills and I cannot recommend him more highly.

Lauchlan was very professional and very thorough in his answers to any questions that I had about the property, also quite a warm welcoming compared to other agents.

Lauchlan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made things simple for me as a first home buyer and communicated well throughout the whole experience.

Lauchlan was fantastic, professional, understanding and overall excellent to deal with. We are super happy with the result, Lauchlan knew the market well, we ran a strong campaign during a challenging time and got a better result than we anticipated. Everybody, including the buyer were happy all round. I would highly recommend Lauchlan for his services.

Lauchlan is very professional, helpful, hardworking and committed. His knowledge of the property market and local area is superb. He is an excellent communicator always provide prompt and honest feedback after each open for inspection and throughout the whole campaign. I am very impressed with his 10/10 service and proactive approach. He made the whole selling property process so easy for me, especially during a very challenging COVID lockdown period. I am very happy with the result. Thank you Lauchlan and the team at Belle Property Armadale for their amazing work to make this happen for me. I highly recommend Lauchlan to anyone looking at selling their property.

Very helpful , couldn’t be happier with the purchase

In one word, Lauchlan was SENSATIONAL. This property had its challenges along the journey due to the current global climate. Lauchlan was excellent in his approach to selling my property, and was always meticulous with his communication. With an excellent understanding of the market, and an ability to entice buyers into the property, Lauchlan was able to exceed my expectations of both selling in a timely manner, and also the price that we achieved for the sale. Highly recommend.

Lauchlan was very professional , helpful and kind. He provided all the details of the property , clarified all our questions and organised inspections. Also he assisted with more than what we expected throughout the sale and during the settlement. It was pleasure working with Lauchlan.

Good agent trustworthy

Lauchlan has been a delight to work with during our sale process. He is very easygoing and friendly and also very good at his job, he really knows the market and just keeps going to get the best result. He has continuously kept us informed throughout the process and was always reliable, available and kind. We sold our property during the COVID19 lockdown so it was more difficult than usual, but Lauchlan didn't let it hold him back and adapted really well to the changed circumstances. He is straightforward, genuine and helpful and gave us good advice, including tips on which landscapers and property stylists to use to get our place looking its best. Everyone Lauchlan referred us to was friendly, easy to work with and delivered high quality service, much like himself. Lauchlan is an agent at the top of his game, we would recommend him to anyone!
