I used Badenoch Real Estate as I was aware as they have been operating in the Canberra region for a long time. This indicated that they were a successful business and would had good market knowledge. I first met with Lauren and Symon of Badenoch Real Estate at my property, they were prompt and on time, even though I was running a little late. I was impressed with their knowledge of the area, and provided very good advice that assisted with a quick sale and also ensuring I obtained a maximum sale price. I was kept up to date throughout the initial open house and then with the price negotiations. right through to the final sale. I would highly recommend Badenoch Real Estate to any of my friends or work colleagues who were looking to sell a property.
