We wished to purchase an investment property in the area and the first name that came to mind was Lee Knutsen. We have constantly noticed properties being purchased and sold by Lee over the years. In this day and age word of mouth plays an important part in recommendations and the knowledge that Lee has in this area is incredible! Not only is Lee's communication skills excellent more importantly he listened to our requirements and we are thrilled that he linked us up with a wonderful property. I have dealings with Lee for 2 years while asking for the market value and the prices in the area . It was not hard to use Lee at all when it came time to sell as he is the most used and respected person in the area and has been for some 7 years that I am aware of . I found Lee to be very hard working for the sale of my property and the eventual sale. He was always in touch after an inspection and feed back on the clients thoughts .
