Working with Steve, Tiffany, and their team during the sale of my dad’s house after he passed away was an incredibly positive experience, during what was otherwise a very difficult time. From the very beginning, they approached everything with care, professionalism, and genuine empathy, which made a world of difference to our family. Communication throughout the process was clear, consistent, and reassuring. Steve and Tiffany kept us informed every step of the way, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and were always available to answer questions or check in when we needed support. We never felt rushed or left wondering what the next step would be. What stood out most was the quality of their service and how thoughtfully they handled the entire process. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable, and they showed real respect for both the property and the circumstances surrounding the sale. Aaron’s professionalism, knowledge of the market/industry and genuine desire to achieve the best sales result possible was evident from the first minute we met him. But of paramount importance to us as sellers, was knowing how he and his team treated and engaged with potential buyers. As parents of three adult children who have been/will be in the market to buy a home, we equally valued respect, guidance and honesty in dealings with potential buyers of our home - Aaron and his assistant Will did not disappoint, and this is evident in the rating also given by the buyer of our home. Aaron and Will were superbly backed by their team at Suburbia through clear communications from initial discussions to the eventual sale. We were stepped through every stage of the sale process and confidently utilised Suburbia’s broader industry tradies to prepare our home for sale and handover. Aaron understood that we are ‘detail’ people and he matched his level (and his team’s level) of communications to meet our needs and provide reassurance. If our aim was to sell our home within the first few days Aaron could have sold our home many times over, however Aaron’s knowledge of the current (and rapidly evolving) market resulted in the best sale possible - very happy sellers and very happy buyers. In short, Aaron and Suburbia punch well above their weight for such a small agency and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

When we first viewed the house we ended up buying, we didn't even have pre-approval yet. Aaron was very approachable and easy to communicate with and keep up to date with our progress in the process. He kept us updated on any changes during the campaign, and was encouraging during the whole process, and happy to answer any questions we had.

Ankit has in-depth marketing insights with his excellent analysis and recommendations for clients amar decisions. example when our property was in the market, due to family circumstances we had to reschedule an inspection date, he got back to us quickly accommodating our request. Aaron and his assistant, William, did a fine job of marketing my mother's house (deceased estate so it was not a typical sale), using digital marketing techniques (particularly, a well-crafted and detailed video of the house and region) and effectively using social media. They held quite a number of Opens on different days and times to suit potential buyers, and quickly followed up with private viewings where requested. Their effective use of the Homepass electronic system and WhatsApp allowed me to be quickly informed of buyer feedback, which potential buyers were really interested and how they the team were 'hitting the phones' in following up. I was always kept informed as to how things were progressing. What was very critical in my mind was Aaron's negotiating skills in working with potential buyers, particularly in a changing housing market (re. market uncertainty arising from the middle east war and rising domestic interest rates). He clearly knows, as the expression goes, 'when to hold and when to fold' and to take the vendor with him during this critical time in a sale process. The follow-up of Aaron's team after an agreement was reached in doing all the paperwork very quickly was also much appreciated. All-in-all, a very efficient and effective sales process, which highlighted to me that you need not engage some of the bigger agencies (which I have usually done in past house sales and purchasers), and that a smaller, boutique agency that is well motivated can be very effective. I would recommend Aaron and the team at Suburbia.
