We have been so fortunate to have Lolit as our agent to sell, first our rental property and now our own home. Lolit did such a great job selling our rental property that we did not hesitate to engage Lolit the second time to sell our own home. Lolit possesses tremendous salesperson qualities that made the process of selling our home so stress free. Lolit gave us some very helpful advice and guidance all through from start to finish, matter of fact had an offer and contract in less than a week. Her communicating skills, pleasant personality and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Lolit as a sales and marketing consultant. WE receive daily update on the sale progressand kept informed of all developments

Lolit did an amazing job for us with our house under Contract after only two weeks and two days on the market. She contacted us almost every day, sometimes several times, to keep us well informed of what was happening and the progress being made. She presented herself very well and it was a pleasure to have her selling our house. We highly recommend Lolit to anyone wanting to sell their home. John and Julie Lee

Lolit was always available when we needed to get in contact and was very quick to respond and answer any questions or attend to any requests. She was lovely to deal with and we were very happy with her services.

Lolit's service was excellent during the sale of our property. She was honest in her appraisal of the property and communicated regularly. Lolit was able to negotiate a price higher than our listed price. During the settlement period she maintained this communication and handled any nerves the buyer had. I would recommend Lolit to anyone looking to sell in the area.
