Louise and Maria were absolutely fabulous in selling our deceased mother’s property in North Balgowlah. We had heard great things about them and were more than pleased. In my multiple dealings with Louise I found her to be not only highly professional but kind, considerate and patient both in person and on the phone.
We were very disappointed with the agents professionalism and ethics. After getting everything she asked from us (contract signed, deposit, photo of our daughter, etc) the whole thing ended in a dutch action which the agent suggested. It felt like modern extortion and something the agent shouldn't feel proud as we felt the most miserable after what she did. I wouldn't recommend to anyone (buyer or seller). Terrible experience.
One of the worst experiences I have had as a buyer. Complete lack of accountability and transparency where the agent suggested a Dutch auction with an alleged buyer who 'appeared' at the last minute. Would not recommend any of my family or friends to buy or sell any property through this agent.
