louise had been engaging with us for 2 years before we finally decided to sell the property through her she worked very hard and negotiated expertly throughout the campaign whilst the property didn't sell at auction it did sell a couple of weeks later at our desired range I believe it sold because louise never gave up and kept the potential buyers engaged and feeling fomo creating a sense of competitive tension even after the auction has passed in well done

Ours was always going to be a difficult sale especially in the middle of a Pandemic! But in the end a successful sale was negotiated and we are able to move on A big thanks to Louise
Thoroughly professional, yet very friendly. Organized the various trades etc for quotes to prepare the house for sale, everyone turned up on time. Always kept us informed, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Found a number of people interested in the property two months ahead of auction date, showed the property to them and secured a sale that evening, saving us thousands of dollars in advertising and repairs etc. and getting us a good price. Even turned up to give a hand moving stuff on settlement day. I couldn't recommend Louise highly enough. She also assisted in finding my son and I a rental unit .
