On first contact with 1st National, the 2 listing agents were unavailable, but promptly sent another agent to show us through the home. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very punctual and delightful young lady, Lucy took the time to show us through the home without any selling or time pressure and answered all of our questions and undertook follow up of various issues .
