Lou was great from the start. The property we bought didn't have an inspection when we first saw the listing and he was able to organise one within a day or so. Lou also followed up with the vendor to make sure that exchange moved along. While we wanted for settlement, Lou very kindly granted every access request we had for builders to do measurements and other tradies to inspect the property.
