Luke is excellent. We have now bought and sold a home through him, and would again. He is knowledgeable, checks in regularly, and makes things easier. When we had trouble arranging trades as we prepared for sale, he was able to step in and support us by arranging quotes and access for gardeners and carpet layers. He was bang-on when he described the kind of buyers we should target for the best price, and advised on which home improvements would yield returns and which would just waste our money.
